Primer. You must apply primer before applying eyeshadow. This helps the colors pop out more and last longer. I suggest Urban Decay Primer Potion at Sephora. ($17)
1. Apply your base eyeshadow. The base is always the lightest color. Do NOT rub in the eyeshadow. Take one side of your brush and PAT in the eyeshadow.

click ';edit profile'; to the right of your picture
then go on the internet and find a layout....copy the code..
then go to the edit thing and paste it..then click save
you get an html code then paste it in either the about me or I'd like to meet section when your editing your profile
first you o to one of theses site and find a background you like the hit get code then you copy the code it gives you and then go to your my sapace page and edit profile then you paste it in a bax then save changes

Line your lower lids with a nude or very light color liner to make the whites of your eyes brighter and open them up. Curl lashes, add mascara, and comb to separate for maximum eye-opening effect. 1. Apply a light color eye shadow, this will help to highlight your eyes.
