m holding indian passport, working for last 3 years.M working in guernsey .how to apply for uk immigration?
Actually the Channel Islands have a special status and are not quite part of the UK. I think that it would be just the same as applying from India. You would need to get an appropriate visa, eg visitors, HSMP, student.
Wait for advice from someone more qualified - Frisky, where are you? - or find a solicitor who can advise you. Or check with the local immigration authority on
enquiries@nationality.gov.gg
For UK visa possibilities, check

EDIT
Well, the Channel Islands are part of the Common Travel Area, and it seems that your visa would be equally valid in the UK, although holders of UK visas allowing work do not automatically have employment rights in the Islands. So you would be free to visit the UK, but if you are wanting to extend, or change your visa, you would need to go through the normal procedures on the ukvisas site.
