Best Eye Shadow & how to apply?

I never wear eye shadow mainly cuz i dunno how to put it on well. I'd like to know sum steps er techniques to getting the glamorous movie star look. i guess racoonish smudged black should white be used as an under coat.

For a smoky eye, I suggest this:


Need:


MAC Carbon (or any other black)


A lighter color, MAC Vanilla or shroom, a highlight color





Apply the black shadow all over your lid and make a V at the outer corners, then apply the lighter color above it, decreasing the amount as you get closer to your browbone. Now blend blend blend!

no white should not be used as an ';under coat'; [its called base y the way]. use a medium/dark grey.
