How do you apply eyeliner to the bottom and have it stay on all day?

i want it to be able to be on all day and not come of from the water in my eyesHow do you apply eyeliner to the bottom and have it stay on all day?
i hate putting it on like above the lash line on the bottom so i put it under the lash line but light enough so it doesnt look to heavy. it stays and doesnt irritate your eyes. also, try using liquid liner- it makes things lot easier. =)How do you apply eyeliner to the bottom and have it stay on all day?
The key to having liner that will stay on the inside of the bottom lash is the PRODUCT itself. Stila Smudgepot has worked for me. Its a cake/gel liner and you apply it with an angled brush and it will stay on all day long.





MAC also has a pot eyeliner, i forget what its called but it works well also. MAC is cheaper if your looking for a low-cost eyeliner.
Use a liquid liner or gel. MAC makes one called fluidline that lasts all day without smudging. The trick is to use a small angle brush to dab lightly at the base of the lashes. The less you use, the thinner the line. For a more dramatic line, just press a little more.
Just don't cry
Just get waterproof Mascara. If taking it off is a problem for you, buy Ponds brand mak-up removing towlettes. you can get them from anywhere. The best type of eyeliner would have to be Mac.
