I dont know how to apply eyeliner that well or mascara at all.?

its just i tried once and it didnt work for the mascara...but the eyeliner i never know if its too much or too little or what. i need helpI dont know how to apply eyeliner that well or mascara at all.?

eyeliner should be right on and above the eyelashes. i smudge it, but that's my opinion. mascara should be started at the roots and quickly pulled across the eyelashes, i suggest doing this 2 or three times. If you have a tendency to rub your eyes (like me) i wouldn't wear it. remember boys like the natural look, just subtly enhance your feature.
Go from a little and work your way up until you have it how you want ti.
Applying mascara can be tricky, but, w/ some practice I'm sure you can master the art of sexy eyes!! A good mascara is worth the price. (Try: Mary Kay Ultimate Mascara or Maybelline Illegal Lengths) First, tilt your head back a tiny bit, look with your eyes straight ahead and make an ';O'; with your mouth. Then, make sure no clumps are on your brush and gently apply mascara from root to tip. Stick with one coat until you are comfortable with applying it.


As for eyeliner, for a natural look, don't make your lines to thick, and stick with a color that complements you skin. Black is not always best.
Putting the eyeliner inside is best also,on the top inside it widens up your eye
Most of the time your eyeliner needs to be really sharp if you don't want it to be too thick. Your mascara should be pretty self explanetory. You should be able to just brush it on. if it doesn't work you may want to buy more expensive mascara. You need to look in the mirror to decide whether your eyeliner is too thick or too thin! ok
Eyeliner- Line across the top and bottom lash line. If it looks smudged take a qtuip and fix it, but dont worry. [Smudged is really in right now]





Mascara- First curl lashes. Then from the tip of your lashes to the end extend the brush. Then after that you wait 15 seconds for a second coat. Wait fifteen more seconds to brush out with a eye make-up brush.

omg, i have the same issue! when i ask, most people just say that practice makes you better at it.





as for the amount of eyeliner, it depends how dramatic you want your eyes to look. put a bit on, see how it looks, and then you can add more if you think it needs more.
are you putting onto you eye. i mean like the little part that rests against your eye or are you putting it under your lash line???





i insist you put it ON your eye..


mascara is easy just lift your head up to where you can see into your nose with a mirror. Then you should put it as close to your lash line as possible. HOW OLD ARE YOU THAT YOU CANT PUT ON MAKEUP??
ok look get in front of a mirror look at the top of your eye dont blink and concentrate on how your putting it on practice helps

Don't listen to emogirlbaby about putting eyeliner inside your eye. Most people think it widens it but it actually makes your eyes look squinty if you put it inside. Put it on your lash line. Most makeup artists and professionals put it on the bottom lash line and top, starting from the inner corner in short strokes. To put on mascara try blinking while holding the brush.

put the eyeliner on just outside where your lashes grow out. don't put it on the inside or it will make your eyes look smaller. you can kind of dot it if you can't make a straight line. With mascara kind of tilt your head back and look down at the mirror.
