contact restaurants ..can google restaurants here or can visit Singapore and try walk-in and inquire with restaurant management .try sending emails also if you see any restaurant/hotel you are interested to(theyre quite helpful and interested to know more about you since if you are hired for ojt they can save more money since your allowance is lower than usual salaries for locals)....they usually provide allowance and some if you are lucky provide housing...good luck.
