How to apply Professional visa?

I was working in Malaysia under permit, and that was very inconvenient for me.

But now i wanted to apply a professional visa so i can work anywhere or wherever. Any body can suggest me how to do it? and how the payment does like...How to apply Professional visa?
What is your citizenship? What is your ';profession';? And which country do you want to go to -- as a temporary worker, or to immigrate and remain permanently? Each country sets its own laws, so you will have to qualify for a visa under the laws of the country you want to go to.

If your profession is something like law or medicine or other field where you require a license to practice, you will first have to find out whether your educational background and visa status will meet requirements to take the board or registry exams. Your degree and education will have to be proven comparable to that of the country where you want to practice, and this has to be completed before you will be allowed to sit the exams. This can be something of a Catch-22 -- some places you may need the license to qualify for the visa, but cannot take the exam unless you are a citizen or legal resident. E.g. there are quite a number of foreign ';nurses'; coming to the US, but they don't qualify for the boards, so they end up working as uncertified nurses aides for minimum wage.
