How can i apply to switzerland visa?

iam a green card holder,and i want to visit my relatives who lives in switzerland.i live in boston,ma.there is any embassy in boston i could get visa or i have to go to new york and get the visa???How can i apply to switzerland visa?
There is a Swiss Honorary Consulate at Boston, however they do not have the power to issue Switzerland (Schengen) visa.
